About MT One Stop

The MT One Stop provides integrated services in the areas of financial aid, registration, tuition, billing, and transcripts. We are here to assist students with all of their enrollment needs!

Our office is conveniently located on the second floor of the Student Services and Admissions Center, connected by a bridge to the MTSU Student Union Building. You can find directions and office hours on our website. If you are unable to come in person to receive assistance we work hard to answer emails in one business day or less, so send us your questions at [email protected] . Make sure to include your MTSU ID number in the email, and we prefer using your MTSU email account for correspondence.

You can also contact our Call Center at (615) 898-2111 for general questions and assistance. Parents and family members, if you contact us on behalf of your student make sure you are an active Partner in Education. You’ll need your PIN if you contact us about your student’s records!

If you need to upload important documents for financial aid, residency, or other items, you may do that through our dropbox by clicking here. Students will have to access this by signing in with their Pipeline credentials. Items with PII (Personally Identifiable Information) such as Social Security Numbers must be sent through this secure method instead of through email. You can also bring documents by our office in person during business hours or send them via mail.

Welcome to the MT One Stop! My name is Becca Smitty, and we are here to help guide you through the enrollment process at MTSU.

The MT One Stop was designed with students in mind, to bring together multiple departments and limit the number of offices you have to visit to be enrolled. In fact, most of your business can be done at our front counter. Our Enrollment Coordinators and Assistant Enrollment Coordinators are here to work with you every step of the way, from the day you are admitted until the day you walk across the stage at graduation. We are here to help with financial aid questions, transcript requests, registration issues, and so much more.

Our job is to provide you with excellent service and help you understand how the enrollment process works. So if you have questions or issues, please stop by the MT One Stop on the second floor of the Student Services and Admissions Center (right across the bridge from the Student Union Building). You can call, email, or join our Virtual Counter as well. We have multiple ways to get in touch with us!
